We took turns over the weekend trying to console him. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't.
Aching gums, runny nose, drool, loss of appetite, slow quiet whimper: you name it Ian has it. I am not sure whose idea it was, but Ian finally cracked a smile when we wrapped him in a towel and let him suck on an ice cube.

Poor Ian!! Have any teeth actually come in yet? I am SOOO not looking forward to that! Hope he's doing better now!
Poor guy! My sympathy, I remember those days. It does get better. We are working on two year molars now and there is a bit more crankiness but no where near the level of those first few teeth.
Hey! we've just come thru Connor's second round of teeth! those first ones were a doozy! It was three weeks of constant "something"....then he went right into full blown flu, only to come out of that and right into his top two teeth. Haven't had a nigt of sleep since Christmas it seems! Ian is too cute! Love to hear from ya!
This is my favorite post! poor guy.
